Who am I?

Working for many years in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion I could turn my passion into my profession as an HR Professional. 

During my time within adidas I also founded the very first Employee Resource Group (ERG) which helped me understand how to motivate and engage employees while creating an inclusive work environment. 

Eventually, I have also introduced a completely new function within the company by creating a Diversity Marketing position which aims at embedding the company's Purpose into business operations.

My extensive  experience and expertise across HR, Marketing and founding an ERG equipped me with the ability to look at Purpose, Equity and Belonging through a holistic lens.
